EEI Staff Agreement for the Environmental Engineering Industry
The National Joint Council for Environmental Engineers and Allied Staffs (NJC) oversees the national agreement which lays down terms and conditions of employment including minimum salaries in M&E engineering, construction and contracting for Unite white collar members.

The national agreement was formed in 1972 by the signatory parties being the union (now Unite) and the APHC, ECA, HVCA and SELECT employer associations.
